Abstract

I work in air navigation services, where software, safety and people meet. I run innovation and technology projects, and build the international teams behind them. The part I'm actually good at is the messy middle: fluent in both operations and engineering, shaping a rough idea into a plan everyone can get behind, and carrying it through to the thing that actually ships, safely.
