@Work

I lead innovation and technology projects in air navigation services.

I’m an Innovation Project Manager at Skyguide, Switzerland’s air navigation service provider, the people who keep the country’s airspace safe and flowing. My work lives in the messy middle between the operation and the engineering: turning research and new ideas into systems that controllers and air traffic can actually rely on.

I run projects across their full lifecycle: scoping, planning, delivery, and the unglamorous work of landing them safely in a safety-critical, multi-stakeholder environment. My background is hands-on. Before managing projects I was a Lead Software Engineer and Team Manager, so I’m comfortable on both sides of the table, with the business and with the people building the thing.

What I care about: innovation that respects safety, teams that genuinely work together, and the discipline of getting from a plan to something that ships.
